LIONSRIDGE / BUFFEHR CREEK

The Lionsridge bench sits above I-70 with unobstructed mountain views, a sunny south exposure and easy access winter bus service. Buffehr Creek is Vail’s only side canyon where much of the upper valley’s noise and congestion are left far behind. Prices vary based upon size, view and specific location.

WEST VAIL

EAGLE VAIL

Located between Vail and Beaver Creek. Eagle-Vail was one of the first suburban neighborhoods to be constructed down valley more than 20 years ago. Bordered by National Forest on the south and I-70 to the north there is an 18 hole public golf course, which winds its way through the area with a variety of residential home types from which to choose. The community is older but well priced and is a local favorite for first time buyers.

WILDRIDGE

AVON

The Vail Valley’s commercial hub where a new super Wal-Mart and Home Deport opened in the spring of 2003. Vail Resorts intends to develop a ski village portal on the north bank of the Eagle River with gondola access to Bachelor Gulch and perhaps beyond. ARROWHEAD
