It's been in the upper 80's and even into the 90's recently here in the Vail Valley. Nothing unusual. In fact, it is an annual occurrence this time of the summer. But as everyone says, "it's a dry heat" so it never really feels that hot. The weather has indeed been perfect for many weeks now.

Our company has had a terrific 2010 thus far. Statistics show that we are greatly out-performing most real estate companies in Eagle County on an office-wide sales basis, and greatly out-performing every office on a sales per agent basis! We are truly the leaders in the Vail Valley real estate market because we've focused on the most basic, but most critical aspects of our service: hard work, determination, follow up, knowledge and expertise. But most of all, it is because my brokers have taken the energy and time to know this market from every angle and thus are able to provide expert guidance and advice for our clients.
