Wow! What a season it has been so far! Vail has received 296 inches of snowfall since mid-November and 55 inches in the last 10 days, contributing to an 82” base on Vail Mountain. A report yesterday said this is the fourth best winter season Vail has had since the mountain opened in 1962. The amazing thing is, that even with all the snowfall, we've had plenty of sunny days. Only in Vail!

This last month, a brand new property called the Ascent (formerly known as the Gates), went on the market under new ownership at 67% below original developer list prices.
