I am happy to announce to all my friends that my business partner, Tyra Rudrud, and I are now the new owners of Sonnenalp Real Estate! About 6 months ago, we saw an opportunity to take on this fabulous brand, the best brokers in the Vail Valley and a location in Vail Village unparalleled by any other real estate office. And we seized it.

Sonnenalp Real Estate has been in existence for 12 years and has been recognized as truly one of the finest resort real estate companies in the Vail Valley, and all of Colorado. We are a boutique company with 10 brokers with a focus on luxury real estate and superior client service.

Although there is little to improve upon (in 2007 our 10 brokers sold a combined total of nearly $200M in real estate), our focus now is to make sure we are up to date in utilizing the most effective technology available. Our web presence with www.skihomesvail.com and www.sonnenalprealestate.com is powerful, but we can do better. We plan to use the web to provide our sellers with the highest-technology marketing available and our buyers effortless access to our listings (and the listings of other companies) and home buying tools.

We will upgrade our look, our renowned marketing materials and our skills to meet the demands of a tricky market and a likely future of incredible business potential. We will continue to work as a Team, ensuring our clients get the best possible service and attention; something for which Sonnenalp Real Estate is famous.

Our lead broker, Joni White Taylor (the former owner) will remain as a broker in our office and our affiliation with the Sonnenalp Hotel and Resort will continue.

Overall, Tyra and I will be taking an already proven system and brand into the future and improving upon a tremendously successful formula.
