I will admit the title I came up with for this edition of the Enewsletter is a bit overdramatic. There are of course many other events that have occurred in this country that would be fairly described as "history in the making". But of course it's all relative. In the Vail Valley, history sometimes is made without anything really amazing happening - just something new and exciting. And as you would expect, the landmark event(s) has something to do with real estate. Because of the economy and the average age of those who own homes in Vail and Beaver Creek, we are now seeing incredibly rare and exclusive homes going on sale. Homes in areas where there has been no inventory for sale in several years. One property in particular is a townhome in Bishop Park in Vail Village.
